Intro to Business and Technology 

•What is Leadership? What Teamwork? Resources provided in Leadership & Teamwork folder:

•Introduce Leadership and Teamwork

•Students will type or write a one-page essay about your COVID-19 experience and Spring Break, Due Tuesday, 4/14/2020

•    Students will read the two articles: Taking Away the Phones Won’t Solve Our Teenagers’ Problems and Are Today’s Teenagers Smarter and Better Than We Think?

•    Students will complete the questions for theGen Z, iGen, Memennials: A Lesson on How This Generation Has Been Characterized and Why That Matters assignment. Students may type or write on paper. If you complete on paper, scan or take a picture and email to Janice.cooper-king@cobbk12.org, due by Friday, 4/17/2020.

Legal Environment of Business

•What is environmental law? (Hint: Google and Environmental Law Slide Share in Folder)

•Introduce Environmental Law

•Students will review the slide share about Environmental Law.

•Students will type or write a one-page essay about your COVID-19 experience and Spring Break, Due Tuesday, 4/14/2020

•Students will use the Environmental Policies Presentation instructions and rubric and Environmental Law Slide Share to complete the project. Due by Friday,  4/17/2020

Entrepreneurship

•Students will type or write a one-page essay about your COVID-19 experience and Spring Break, Due Tuesday, 4/14/2020

•Students will learn how to use GA Futures - https://www.gafutures.org/

•Students will type or write a one-page essay about your COVID-19 experience and Spring Break, Due Tuesday, 4/14/2020

•Complete the Hope & State Aid Programs Scavenger Hunt, Due Friday, 4/17/2020.

•If you have not turned in your business plan, please do so. This was due the Friday before Spring Break.

      Grades up to 3/13/20 will appear on the 5th Sixth Week Progress Report. Work after 3/13/20 will be entered after the Synergy Gradebook reopens. If you completed the assignment, you will receive a grade. If you do not complete, you will not receive a grade. You will not be penalize for work after 3/13/20. If you are trying to improve your GPA, please complete the work or your grade will remain as is. I encourage you to complete the work in order to do well in the next course for all  your classes. The choice is yours. Think long term. I am here to help you and support you. Please reference Cobb County Schools messages about grading.
